This year the convention will be held at the “Hilton Nashville Downtown” located at: 121 Fourth Ave South, Nashville, TN 37201. This hotel is Nashville’s only AAA 4 - Diamond Award all-suite luxury hotel. We have a great rate of $159.00 per night. Each Two-Room Suite has a private bedroom and Parlor, complete with Microwave, Refrigerator, In-Room Safe, and 2 LCD Flat-Screen Televisions. The Nashville International Airport is only 15 to 20 minutes away, and the hotel is located within walking distance of the famed “Entertainment District.”

Please plan on attending the Cocktail Reception at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday 21st, with dinner to follow.

Last year everyone seemed to ask for more time with the vendors, so this year we are asking each vendor to stay both April 21st and 22nd. Dinner will be provided both nights, along with breakfast both mornings, and lunch after the vendor show. This will enable SUJA Members, along with vendors, to share more time together. We do plan on having some activities for the spouses if they can come.

Please call the Hilton directly before the March 22, 2010, deadline @ 615–620–1000, and tell them you are attending the SUJA Convention to get this discounted rate. After that date, the rooms are on a space available basis only and the special rate may not apply.
